Thrive In Prayer was a God-given mandate given to Faith Dickens in 2020, just months before the global pandemic began. Committed to fulfilling this assignment, Faith quickly pivoted the logistics for the inaugural Thrive In Prayer Conference, transforming what was originally planned as an in-person gathering into a virtual experience during an unprecedented time in the world.  What began during a season of uncertainty has continued to grow into a powerful movement of prayer, faith, and spiritual transformation.

 

Since its inception, Thrive In Prayer events and conferences have been hosted in person in Birmingham, Alabama; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Los Angeles, California. Each gathering has been marked by spiritual growth, community, and a deepening hunger for God. As the ministry continues to expand, Thrive In Prayer continues to evolve in both its reach and effectiveness.

 

The mission of Thrive In Prayer is to equip Christians with practical tools and spiritual strategies to overcome life’s challenges, impart wisdom to others, and impact lives through the power of prayer.  Through teaching, prayer gatherings, and conferences, Thrive focuses on helping individuals develop intentional prayer strategies that deepen their intimacy with God. Participants are encouraged and equipped to experience transformation not only in their spiritual lives but also in their families, businesses, careers, and ministries.

 

Thrive In Prayer gatherings create an environment where attendees can receive insightful revelation, spiritual renewal, and practical guidance, empowering them to pursue God more intentionally and see His influence reflected in every area of their lives.  Under the leadership of Faith Dickens and the Thrive In Prayer Team, the ministry continues to grow as it faithfully carries out the ongoing mission and mandate of equipping believers through prayer.
